This special flour blend is a high-quality baking flour made by mixing various gluten-free flours and starches. To provide a light, spongy texture and a soft aroma, this mix contains Xanthan Gum, making it perfect for baking desserts such as cookies, cakes, brownies, pancakes, muffins, and much more. It is not recommended to use this flour together with yeast or with other ingredients that contain yeast. For yeast dough recipes, we recommend using our All-Purpose Gluten-Free flour mix.
