Nabat's Organic couscous is made from whole grain durum wheat coarsely ground semolina. Couscous tastes light and fluffy in texture with a pronounced flavor. Our organic couscous is steamed and dried, which only requires reheating with added oil or butter and water or milk before serving. You can also use broth or stock and add more flavors of garlic, ginger, and green onions. Couscous is a great substitute for rice and can be used as a base for curries.
