Organic Matcha Tea Ceremonial Grade

the concept is great, but you need to work on the flavour. maybe it's tied to the packaging but it tastes a bit oxidised. flavour is very umami whereas matcha is supposed to taste grassy and smell earthy. It smells like the sea, a little bit fishy for lack of better words. you are very close to a winner product, keep improving

The product's texture does not appear to be as refined as comparable brands. Furthermore, the flavor profile suggests it may not meet the standards of a ceremonial grade.

I didnt use yet as I have still "the premium grade" . Frankly I didn't pay attention that it wasn't premium grade. Actually I bought 4 to 5 items not only one. Thanks.
