Organic Gluten Free Self Raising Flour

This Certified organic, gluten-free, self-raising flour is expertly crafted to produce delicious baked items. Our vegan mixture is ideal for making pancakes, muffins, or biscuits and contains about 8.5 percent protein to develop less gluten than all-purpose flour; thus, generally yielding a more tender product. This flour requires the addition of a little extra liquid to traditional recipes. Avoid using self-raising flour with yeast-raised bread or sourdough.
