While the leaves are used as a garnish on many dishes, the ground and whole coriander seeds are used as a spice in cuisines around the globe. The seeds are described to have a warm, nutty, spicy, and citrus flavor. Our organic coriander is available as whole coriander seeds and ground coriander.
